Acqudev provides land development management services in the areas of land acquisition, due diligence, market analysis, site selection, and land entitlement for communities throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. We may be utilized as feet on the ground for site selection or as an outsourced development team.

The goal of Acqudev is to increase our client’s real estate value by providing best in class land acquisition and development services. We offer our services with the highest integrity to developers, commercial and residential builders, municipalities, financial institutions, equity funds, and/or entrepreneurs with real estate interests.

Our services include those performed by a project manager or development manager. While the complexity of each project is different, Acqudev assembles the development teams and manages them throughout the objectives set forth by the owner. This allows our clients to keep their overhead low, while gaining a great addition to their development team.

Extensive due diligence of a potential land purchase is a crucial part of what Acqudev does. Our client’s success depends on it. Acqudev will thoroughly analyze the following essential items:

  • Water and Sewer
  • Storm Drainage Requirements
  • Dry Utilities
  • Flood Plains
  • Land Surveys and Topography
Acqudev can be your Preferred Developer or Development Team. We will price and contract all plans to submit for client approval. Each price includes a minimum of three (3) qualified contractors. In addition, we work closely with our contractors through weekly communications to ensure on time and on budget project completion.
Acqudev works closely with local jurisdictions to ensure efficient and timely review of design and building plans. By developing a relationship early between the local reviewing committees and general contractor, we help engage the parties to ensure cost effective planning. Our goal is to have the preliminary to final plan reviews approved and permitted promptly giving you peace of mind while you grow your business.
Acqudev knows that each project is different requiring a bit of flexibility in billing so we cater our fee structure to each client’s needs. Our fees typically average between 1-5% of the total land development budget. In addition, our clients who require land acquisition services typically ask for a per lot fee which allow them to include our costs as part of the development soft costs.
