Our services include those of an Acquisition Manager, Development Manager, and/or Broker Services. We know that each project is different so we assemble a team to meet each projects needs. We work with outstanding engineers, architects, surveyors, general contractors, municipalities, and environmental professionals that we have completed projects successfully with in the past.
Land Acquisition
Extensive due diligence is vital to the success of a project as you can spend a lot of time and money without a return. Acqudev will thoroughly analyze the following essential items among others:
- Zoning Ordinances
- Sign Ordinances
- Water and Sewer
- Storm Drainage Requirements
- Land Surveys
- Environmental Surveys
Land Development
Acqudev can be your Preferred Developer or Development Team. Development can be a time intensive part of the process and not fully understanding what is required will ruin profitability. Ensuring everything is properly aligned between the architect, engineers, and local municipalities is what we do best.
Land Entitlement
Acqudev works closely with local jurisdictions to ensure efficient and timely review of design and building plans. By developing a relationship early between the local reviewing committees and general contractor, we help engage the parties to ensure cost effective planning. Our goal is to have the preliminary to final plan reviews approved and permitted promptly giving you peace of mind while you grow your business.
Brokerage Services
We have a Broker agreement with Hoover Realty, LLC in Nashville, Tennessee, which allows us to offer a brokerage services in buyer representation, seller representation, and research.
The services we offer are fairly straight forward, which makes them difficult to set apart. Our intention is that over time we will learn more about the product mixes our clients need as change comes in the commercial real estate industry.
